One side story that made us want to stay with Nick was the personal aspect of him. After meeting him, we just stopped shopping anywhere else because we wanted to work with Nick. Nicholas was communicative, responsive, patient and pleasant. The entire purchasing experience was great, painless and stress free. It is classy, spacious, smooth on the road. Located 1,325 miles away from Rutland, ND Herb Chambers Lexus - Sharon / Massachusetts Even then I would not bet a nickel they will honor their contract. Or if you still want to try your luck - negotiate final price by phone and request signed by manager purchased contract first sent to you by email. So, give yourself a favor - save your time and find a dealership which honors their advertised prices on the new cars. Why does it have to be like this? Advertise a realistic price, stick to it, everyone would be happier and the chances of a deal go up dramatically. It all ended with time lost for both parties and bunch of negative emotions. While I agree a dealer is not under obligation to sell the car to me I find the tactics unacceptable. Now, tell me what the advertised on their web site price is? It is total BS designed to lure you onto their premises. To save a deal I even offered to buy the car for HIGHER than advertised price but no - my offer was rejected. It's like the dealership is the only place where the price is different. Guess what? The price did not change on their web site, it did not change when you talk to them on the phone, but it did change when I walked into the dealership in person. The dealer lectured me that they don't have to sell the car to me for the advertised price because of small print on the site stating the price can change without a notice. Basically, you are at square one negotiating the price starting with original MSRP. When you come to the dealership the car is there on the lot, the advertised price is there displayed on the screen in front of you on their computers but they will not sell the car to you for the price + all requires fees. You call them, they tell you the car is on their lot and they will honor the price. So, whatever you see online is all total BS. They simply do not honor their advertised on their web site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). 2014 Blue Sky Metallic Hyundai Sonata Hybrid FWD Odometer is 17818 miles below market average! 36/40 City/Highw.
